Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher sold their Beverly Hills home after dropping the price $2 million in September. (Redfin) BEVERLY HILLS, CA — Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher finally sold their Beverly Hills home after dropping the price by $2 million in September.
In 2014, after paying $10.2 million for the private property, both Ashton and Mila turned the space into a family home for their daughter Wyatt, 7, and son Dimitri, 5. But as the saying goes, all good things must come to an end.
Despite transforming the space to include a main house, guesthouse and entertainment barn — as well as an entire barbecue pavilion — the couple wanted to stay true to their roots. “We wanted a home, not an estate,” Kunis, 37, said of the home, which the pair lovingly dubbed KuKu Farms.
